Description 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax Stock Head Bolt Large 12×121 mm When changing the head gasket on a Duramax the stock head bolts are not able to be reused. The bolts are a torque to yield design and should not be used twice. These are the large bolts measuring 12mm x 121mm. Thirty six are required per engine (18 per head).
