Nice Radiator! After searching around for a good radiator, I thought I had found the quality standard and bought a Behr unit from someone else. The box was open for 10 minutes before it got sealed up and sent back. Behr is now shipping Chinese made junk with round tubes sealed into the end bells with a zillion o-rings, and pressed on fins. The upper and lower rails are only staked to the fins! Then I found the Burley unit, and the website pictures looked good so I ordered that one. It showed up the next day at 10:00 AM! These guys don't fool around. It's a thing of beauty compared to the behr. The correctly shaped tubes are brazed to the end plates, the fins are brazed to the tubes and brass inserts in the clinched plastic end caps. My ancient Syncro can now creep up long steep stuff in 100F heat again. The low speed fan cycles and keeps my OBDII temp signal from the 1.8T engine below 95c. This may be the only good radiator source left!
