It includes a replacement throttle cam, cable connection hardware and cable bracket. Our custom kit allows for the use of the stock VW throttle cable when installing a 2.2 Subaru engine into a Vanagon. It is not painted, fits 2WD and Syncro models with stick shift transmission. The advantage of using the stock VW cable is that if the cable should break, a replacement part is easy to get from any VW parts source.
